Where we provide free support for many communities, including UBBCentral (UBB.threads), we do so as a service at no cost, to help the community. We do, at times, work with these communities as a 3rd party developer, and do not work as an agent for these companies.

This free support can also, at times, include development work through sites like our 3rd party UBB.threads modification site UBBDev, and the UBBWiki documentation resource.


For Premium Support, paid by the users of these scripts, we provide the following services:
• Any support requiring connecting to a remote server
• Private Support via EMail or Private Topic
• Development Services
• Domain Registry Services
• Migrations & Backups
• Forum Styling
• Upgrades and New Installations


We do not offer private support via EMail or Private Topics as a Free Support resource, please keep your messages to the public forums so that others can benefit from our support options as well.
