What is included in Monthly Webmaster Services?
• Monthly Backup stored offsite at our location; backups will be retained for a period of 3 months. If backups that are needed they will be provided over a Dropbox URL.
• Basic monitoring of Web Server Error Logs and any Error Reporting Forum sections of your Bulletin Board. We will detect and present issues as they arise based on reporting done from your Web Server and your users.
• Recommendations to potential performance sites changes to your Web Server or Forum Configuration will be provided as they are found.
• SEO Recommendations will be provided as we familiarize ourselves with your site content.
What is your Service Rate for System Updates?
Any work outside of the base services listed above will will be billed at our current development rate of $125/hr billed in hour blocks. All work orders to be approved by the client before any development work is completed, with the exception of mission critical items such as security or performance issues (any updates needed to keep the forum running will be automatically pushed out).
What Billing Terms are available?
We do all of our invoicing through our billing partner PayPal, we can issue monthly subscriptions or bill individually for the Quarter (3mo @$375), Semi Yearly (6mo @$750), or Yearly (12mo @$1,500), whatever is more convenient for you.
What puts you ahead of other developers?
We've been working with the UBB.threads product since 1997, as of 2025 that's 28 years of working with the UBB.threads product! We've also been writing code for UBB.Classic and UBB.threads since 1998, and have been official developers for the UBB.threads product since 2015.
What system tools are recommended?
• SSH Access - Backups are generated from the Linux Command Line interface through SSH; system utilities tar and mysqldump are utilized to backup the database and your web space.
• FTP Access - Files are modified through the File Transfer Protocol.
• PHPMyAdmin - Maintaining the database is easier with access to the PHPMyAdmin manager which is usually a part of your hosting Control Panel.
