James is not only amazing he is also great under pressure. I needed to get an announcement on our board by 2 pm. I emailed him at 1:15, and he had an HTML - UBB announcement for the board that was incredibly well done especially in 15 minutes.

While it looked good, users had to navigate to the announcement. James recommended moving it to the Welcome Area, and quickly redid the code. Now, when a user logs in, it's the first thing they see.
It's visually stunning and can't help but catch the eye; and, to top it all off, he logged into the board and cleaned up a spelling error.
